The build price is a one-time payment. Website Care is a monthly subscription of ฿1,700, cancellable at any time with one message — no notice period, no cancellation fee. Every project starts from a fixed written quote; applicable taxes are always stated in the quote.
You own your domain, design, texts, images and code — from day one. If you end our cooperation, you keep everything and we hand over all access without charge.
Nothing goes live on your website without your approval. Updates you request are drafted by us and published only after your confirmation.
You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos and texts you send us. We treat your material as confidential and use it only for your website.
We build honestly for Google and AI search, but no one can guarantee specific rankings — anyone who does is not being straight with you. We promise correct, fast, well-structured work and continuous improvement.
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer law.
